Message From Director

I welcome you all to the 2022/2023 academic session of this great institution, Kogi State College of Health Sciences and Technology Idah with a heart full of gratitude to God. This citadel of learning is steadily growing from strength to strength.

I especially welcome you to the school of Environmental Public Health. The school is made up of Environmental Health, Epidemiology and Disease Control, Public Health, Food Hygiene, and Health Education & Promotion Departments.

All the courses offered by the school of Environmental Public Health are fully accredited by various regulatory bodies.

Environmental Health has the National Board for Technical Education accreditation and you can be admitted through JAMB to study National Diploma and Higher National Diploma (ND/HND).

I will like to advise the students to take their studies seriously and shun social vices. You are to also desist from all forms of Examination malpractice as the school has zero tolerance for any form of malpractice. The punishment for any form of malpractice is outright expulsion from the institution. The training received from the college will change your lifestyle completely for the better as well as that of your family, community, and the nation at large.

To the lecturers, I sincerely thank you for your hard work and dedication to your calls. I urge you to do more by introducing innovation for effective and efficient teaching cum learning so we can add to the store of knowledge of our students.
